1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of Sapphire Siam Holidays Private Limited ("SSH", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the traveler", "client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all bookings, inquiries, and travel services provided by SSH.
2. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from SSH. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
- Advance payment (token amount) is required to initiate booking
- Balance payment is due as per the payment schedule communicated at time of booking
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
- All prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed with payment
3. Package Inclusions and Exclusions
All inclusions and exclusions for your specific package will be clearly communicated in writing before booking confirmation. SSH packages typically include accommodation, specified transfers, and listed activities. Packages typically exclude international flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips, and items not explicitly mentioned.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges apply based on the notice period before travel date:
- 60+ days before travel: 10% of total package cost
- 45–59 days before travel: 25% of total package cost
- 30–44 days before travel: 50% of total package cost
- 15–29 days before travel: 75% of total package cost
- Less than 15 days before travel: 100% of total package cost (no refund)
Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to info@sapphiresiamholidays.com. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
5. Changes to Bookings
Any changes to confirmed bookings (dates, hotels, services) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. SSH will endeavor to accommodate changes where possible, but cannot guarantee that modifications can be made after confirmation.
6. Travel Insurance
SSH strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal liability. SSH does not sell travel insurance and is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
7. Health and Safety
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all health requirements for their destination. SSH recommends consulting a healthcare provider before international travel. We are not liable for health-related incidents during travel.
8. Liability Limitations
SSH acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transport companies, activity operators). SSH's liability is limited to the value of the package booked and does not extend to consequential losses, personal injury, or damage to property caused by third-party service providers.
SSH is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Passports and Visas
Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents. SSH provides visa guidance and assistance as a courtesy, but is not responsible for visa rejections, entry refusals, or consequences of incorrect documentation.
10. Privacy and Data
Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for travel planning purposes and is protected as per our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
